Where your data lives
Your store's data is stored on secure servers in Canada, and your backups are kept in more than one location so nothing is lost if something goes wrong. Everything is encrypted, so it stays private. Your data belongs to you -- you can download all of it whenever you want, at no cost. And whenever someone on our team needs to look at merchant data to help you, that access is recorded in a log that cannot be erased or altered.
What we do, plainly
We never touch card numbers
Card details go straight to your payment provider. We only ever see the last four digits -- never the full number.
Your passwords stay locked away
Connections to your payment and shipping accounts are kept in a secure vault, separate from everything else, and never shown in plain text.
A record that cannot be erased
Every important action -- payments, refunds, admin changes -- is written to a log that no one can quietly edit or delete afterward.
Common trust questions
Do you sell or share my customers' data?
No. Your customer data belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you. We never sell it, never use it to train AI models, and never hand it to anyone else beyond the trusted providers we need to run the platform.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes, any time, at no cost. You can export your products, orders, customers, and content whenever you want -- it is yours to take with you.
Who can see my store's data?
Only you and the teammates you invite. If someone on our team ever needs access to help you with a support request, that access is logged and cannot be erased.
