Pricing questions
Can I change tier later?
Yes. Upgrade any time, prorated to the day. Downgrade at the end of your billing period; we never delete data on a downgrade -- access is gated until you re-upgrade.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
You see an in-app warning before the cap, then a soft block at the cap. Existing data stays available; new records of that kind require an upgrade or cleanup. We never auto-charge an overage.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers?
The Free tier is open-ended -- use it as long as you like, with no trial clock. Some paid tiers also include a short introductory free trial for first-time subscribers, applied automatically at checkout. You can test any paid tier at any time by upgrading and downgrading within your first billing period, where the prorated charge is your only cost.
