Pricing questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Peak is a flat subscription. Stripe processing fees are billed by them at their published rates -- we do not mark them up and we do not add a platform fee on top.
Can I change tier later?
Yes. Upgrade any time, prorated to the day. Downgrade at the end of your billing period; we never delete data on a downgrade -- access is gated until you re-upgrade or export.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
You see an in-app warning before the cap, then a soft block at the cap. Existing data stays available; new records of that kind require an upgrade or cleanup. We never auto-charge an overage.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers?
The Free tier is open-ended, not a 14-day trial. Paid tiers can be tested by upgrading for a month; the prorated charge is your only cost.
