What we set on theapp.com
The marketing site uses one strictly necessary cookie for CSRF protection on the contact form, and one preference cookie for the currency you selected on the pricing page. We do not run third-party analytics, ad networks, or cross-site trackers on the marketing site.
What we set on app.theapp.com
The signed-in account surface uses session cookies required to keep you logged in (auth_session), CSRF protection (csrf_token), and preference cookies (UI theme, locale). These are first-party, HttpOnly where applicable, Secure, and SameSite=Lax.
Third parties
The Stripe and Square payment fields, when shown, set their own cookies inside their iframes. That collection is governed by Stripe's and Square's privacy policies respectively. We have no access to those cookies.
Choices
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Clearing the session cookie signs you out. We do not implement a cookie banner on the marketing site because we do not set non-essential cookies that require consent under EU law; if that changes the banner ships with the change.
