Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility, the standard we build to, and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

We are committed to making Peak Enterprise accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. Accessibility is a requirement we hold ourselves to on every surface we ship, not a feature we add later. Our goal is full accessibility, and we work toward it continuously.

Conformance target

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our minimum bar, and to Level AAA wherever it is achievable for the content in question. In practice that means:

  • Text and interactive elements meet AA contrast at minimum, and we target the AAA ratios (7:1 for normal text, 4.5:1 for large text) on the surfaces we control.
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
  • Content is structured with semantic HTML and landmark regions, and is navigable with a screen reader.
  • Images and icons carry meaningful text alternatives, or are marked decorative when they carry no information.
  • Motion respects your operating-system reduced-motion preference.

What this covers

This statement covers the Peak Enterprise marketing site, the signed-in account surface, and the merchant admin. Storefronts that merchants publish to their own buyers are themed by the merchant; the platform provides accessible defaults and contrast-safety tooling, and the published result also depends on the choices each merchant makes.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we are. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Where we find a gap, we prioritise the fix. If a specific part of the product is not usable for you, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed – we treat accessibility reports as high priority.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in Peak Enterprise, we want to hear about it and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us. Please reach us through either channel below, and include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if any:

  • The contact form on our site.
  • By phone during business hours.

We read every report, respond within two to three business days, and will work with you directly until the issue is resolved.
