Welcome to Peak Enterprise
Why we are building Peak Enterprise, who it is for at launch, and the things we have decided not to do.
We started Peak Enterprise because the consumer-product brands we worked with were running their businesses in five tools that did not talk to each other, and writing the integrations themselves. The catalog lived in one place, the inventory in another, the customer history somewhere else, the payments and books somewhere else again. None of the tools were actively bad. The combination was.
Peak Enterprise is one platform that handles the boring parts well: the storefront, the inventory across every channel, the customer identity that survives a mailing-list switch, the payments routed through Stripe or Square at their published rates with no markup, and the operations layer (purchase orders, fulfilment, basic accounting) that ties them together.
We are starting with brands that ship physical products through more than one channel, in Canada and the US, in CAD and USD. We will add more channels and more geographies as the people using the platform need them, not before.
A few things we have decided not to do, listed up-front because they matter:
- We do not take a percentage of your sales. The platform is a flat subscription. Stripe and Square take their published rates directly; we do not see those funds and do not mark them up.
- We do not place ads inside your buyers’ checkout. The checkout belongs to you and to your buyer; nothing else lives there.
- We do not train AI models on the contents of your account.
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever, in any form.
- We will tell you, in writing, before we change a sub-processor on a critical path.
If you want to try it, the free tier needs no card and is enough to move a small catalog onto. If you want to talk first, we are at hello@peakenterprise.ca and we answer.
